I was on a mass-sending resume spree and i nearly got high by just doing that! =/

sent out my resume and details to like over 10 companies hoping to get a call back in this time of a recession when i suddenly received an sms on my phone.

"Hey cherie, i am wondering whether you keen to take up a part time admin assistant in an agency? Are you having holidays now?"

Weird, i have no idea who that person was! the first thing that came into my mind was somebody from recruit agency or something so i replied:

"May I know who this is? Also, what is the working hours and pay? :)"

& the mysterious person called me!

Apparently, she was working in the tuition agency that i've registered with and the moment she saw my address, she immediately took down my number and called me cause her office was within walking distance of my house (not many tuition teachers stays here i guess?)

The job is flexi, once or twice or thrice a week, at least 5 hours (good, so i can carry on with my tuition and since they are an agency, i think they will have more jobs for me?)

she sounded quite nice and i'm meeting her on tues for a short interview. we'll see how it goes.
although the pay is much lower, we'll take a step at a time. no rush no rush.
