i really lost touch with the world for awhile.


in case you havent found out, i gotten myself a job at night safari and i have been having on-job-training (OJT) for the past 6 days.

it's work from 5 till midnight and i get back home at 1, shower and do all my stuff till 2am and sleep around that time.

I really understand those poor night-shifters now! it's so hard to sleep in the day with the light streaming into your room and when construction work starts (usually at 9am for some god knows why reason) I'm usually woken up at 9am everyday :(

I stand like throughout my work and my legs are aching for a good massage. i've come into contact with the largest ants i've ever seen and have them crawling up my arms and on my shirt. I've been bitten by mosquitoes that thrives on Night Safari's visitors' blood and they are way different from the normal ones at home. their bite will leave you swelling and itching for the next 3 days.

but to me, it's worth it cause i get to see the animals. they are all so adorable!!!

i finally got my uniform today but i still haven gotten the chance to wear it yet. shall wear it tomorrow. :D i wonder how i look like.

the only thing that is weighing me down is that i seem to lose all contact with the world and most importantly, my boyfriend and family.

i haven seen my boyf for 6 days (it's tough okay!) and we don't talk more than 20 mins each day. our messages have also been restricted due to our lifestyle now.

Late Afternoon - Boyf: Working Me: Working
Night - Boyf: Resting Me: Working
Really Late- Boyf: Sleeping Me: Awake

See our timing? Bear in mind that I can't check my phone the entire time I'm working. sighhh.

I miss him so badly that its not even funny. I can't wait for Monday!

Sidenote: I got High Distinction for my latest module!!!! OMGGGGG! HAPPY HAPPY!!
